Who we are

Built for Arizona, not transplanted.

NexGen Landscaping was founded in 2019. It is the fourth generation of a family working in Arizona commercial landscaping — a line that starts in 1978, with the commercial landscaping company the founder's grandfather built in this state. That is a separate company, and its 1978 founding belongs to the family, not to NexGen. What carried across the generations is the trade itself: learned on Arizona properties, in Arizona heat, by people who never learned it anywhere else.

What NexGen runs today is commercial and HOA grounds — maintenance, irrigation, install and enhancement, new-construction install, and tree care, on one contract. The company is licensed in Arizona as ROC #325561, and the name is a federally registered trademark, USPTO Reg. No. 8,429,818.

We crew, equip, and operate at the standard a regional facilities lead would expect of a national vendor, with service coordination grounded in the needs of Arizona property managers and communities.

What we do

Five lines, one contract.

Commercial and HOA grounds across Phoenix Metro, Pinal County, and Pima County. Every line below can be bought on its own; most properties run several of them under one account.

Commercial Maintenance

Mowing, edging, and string-trimming on a fixed weekly route, shrub and ornamental pruning, seasonal cleanups, trash and porter detail, and pre- and post-emergent weed programs — with before-and-after photo documentation of the work.

Irrigation

Full system audits with photo-documented findings, smart-controller installation and programming, leak and main-line repair, drip conversion, backflow testing and annual certification, and monthly inspections.

Install & Enhancement

Plant material selected to establish through the Sonoran summer, hardscape, boulder placement and dry-creek beds, irrigation tie-ins, entrance and monument-wall refreshes, and as-built drawings on completion.

New Construction Install

Scope built from the civil and landscape drawings and coordinated to the general contractor’s dates, with irrigation mains, drip, and establishment programming that carries young material through its first year.

Tree Care

Structural pruning to ANSI A300 standards, removals including tight-access and crane-assist work, palm skinning and trunk-rot inspections, root-zone diagnostics, stump grinding, and storm response answered 24/7.
