Who we are

NexGen Landscaping is an Arizona commercial landscaping company (Arizona Registrar of Contractors license ROC #325561), headquartered at 4004 S 30th St, Phoenix, AZ 85040. This Privacy Policy explains how we treat information collected through nexgenlandscaping.com and through our direct dealings with property managers, HOA boards, and procurement teams.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver work:

• Contact information you submit through a quote, RFP, vendor/subcontractor, careers application, or planning-tool form — name, business name, role, email, phone, property address, and any details about the work you describe. Subcontractor and vendor forms may also collect licensing and insurance details you choose to share.
• Campaign and referral data — where a visit came from (referring site, search terms passed by the browser, and UTM campaign parameters in the link you clicked), so we can understand which outreach reaches you.
• Email correspondence sent to Office@NexGenLandscaping.com or any address on this site.
• Operational records created during an engagement — site walks, service tickets, irrigation reports, certifications shared with you (Workers Comp, COIs), and billing details.
• Basic server logs our hosting provider creates automatically (IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp) for security and uptime monitoring.
• Analytics and usage data collected automatically by the analytics tools described in the next section — the pages you view, links and buttons you interact with, approximate location (from IP), device and browser type, and session activity.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The site is intended for commercial property and HOA decision-makers; analytics collection happens automatically for all visitors regardless of age.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies (including browser storage) to run analytics that help us understand how the site is used and improve it. We use:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — measures page views, traffic sources, and aggregate site usage.
• PostHog — product analytics that records page views, clicks and interactions (autocapture), and may capture session activity such as heatmaps and session replays to help us diagnose usability issues.

These tools set cookies and/or browser storage and process data on our behalf. We use them for site analytics and improving our intake forms — not to sell your data or serve third-party advertising. You can limit or block this collection using your browser controls (cookie settings, “Do Not Track,” or Global Privacy Control), and through browser add-ons that block analytics scripts.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and schedule a site walk.
• To deliver, schedule, and document the landscaping services you contract.
• To send service confirmations, invoices, and operational updates tied to active work.
• To keep records the State of Arizona, our insurers, and our workers' compensation carrier require us to keep.
• To improve how the site and our intake forms work.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary to operate the business, and only with vendors bound by their own confidentiality terms:

• Hosting and email infrastructure that power the site and our intake mailboxes.
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics and PostHog) that process site-usage data on our behalf, as described above.
• Accounting, payroll, and insurance providers that handle billing, tax filings, COIs, and workers' compensation reporting.
• Subcontractors and equipment vendors when a specific scope of work requires it, limited to the property and contact details they need to perform.
• Government agencies and courts when required by law, valid subpoena, or to protect our legal interests — for example, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, OSHA, or a court of competent jurisdiction.

How long we keep it

We retain customer and project records for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Arizona contract, tax, and licensing rules — generally a minimum of six years after the last activity on the account. Server logs are retained for a shorter, rolling window set by our hosting provider. Inquiries that never become engagements are deleted on a periodic basis.

Your choices

• You can ask us what we have on file about you and request a copy.
• You can ask us to correct information, or to delete information we are not required by law or contract to retain.
• You can opt out of non-essential email at any time by replying to any message from us. Service-related email tied to an active contract will continue while the contract is in force.

Send any privacy request to Office@NexGenLandscaping.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We respond within a reasonable time and at no charge for ordinary requests.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for a reasonable period after they take effect.
